Wendy & Eddy’s Washington DC “Destination” Engagement Shoot

| Back in July, Wendy and Eddy hired me to photograph their upcoming destination wedding in Palm Beach in June of next year. They live in Washington DC – Eddy works for a bank and Wendy has a really cool government job in which she travels all over Central and South America. We scheduled a “destination” engagement shoot with them in their hometown for the end of July. There are so many incredible places to shoot in our nation’s capital that we had to narrow the choices down. We choose the area near the Lincoln Memorial to begin our shoot. The Washington Monument is in the background straight across the famous reflection pool from the Lincoln Memorial. This area provided us with lots of great backdrops for the shoot and as you will see, Wendy and Eddy were beautiful subjects and we had a great time all around! After the shoot, we all went to dinner at a fabulous Chinese restaurant. Thanks to Wendy and Eddy for all the good tips while we were in your city and thanks for a great shoot! We are very much looking forward to their upcoming South Florida destination wedding! |
