| What a magnificent South Florida wedding this was! Heather and Michael’s gorgeous wedding was a blast to shoot and I had the best time photographing this terrific couple, their families and the incredible décor and beauty of the hotel. |
| Currently living in New York City, Heather and Michael had initially met at camp and then reconnected years later on facebook. It’s amazing how many of our clients have met either on facebook somehow or on the internet – it really does work! Heather said they decided to have their wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale due to the magnificent chandeliers the hotel boasts. Weddings at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale are truly magical. Aside from its prime location right across the street from world famous Fort Lauderdale beach, the hotel is modern and sleek – a true dreamlike setting for brides and grooms looking for a one of a kind South Florida venue for their wedding. |
As a South Florida wedding photographer, I like to make note of all the details that make each wedding unique and special. Heather was radiant in a strikingly beautiful Vera Wang dress. The ultra lavish décor for the wedding was created by Karen Cohen of Always Flowers. Undoubtedly, one of the most creative florists and designers in South Florida, Karen outdid herself with a sparkling ceremony site and gorgeous floral designs for every aspect of the wedding – from the bouquets to the reception room décor. It was truly a grand affair from beginning to end with everything just coming together perfectly.

| Having a South Florida wedding is in itself a special event. For Heather and Michael, it was also a destination wedding. Like many of our clients, they live up north in New York, so having a destination wedding here in South Florida was a real treat. You can tell from these photos what a great time their guests had at the wedding. The partying went on late into the night and it was great seeing everyone having such a wonderful time! It certainly made for some fun pictures during the reception. |
