Melissa & Stephenís Wedding at Bethesda-By-The-Sea and The Breakers

Posted on March 20, 2009

What a spectacular wedding! Melissa and Stephen couldnít have picked two more distinctive locations than these! Bethesda-By-The-Sea is a magnificent church complete with stained glass windows, Gothic arches and a courtyard and gardens. It is just steps from The Breakers, a venue that is the epitome of elegance for a South Florida wedding.

Melissa was glowing in her Vera Wang gown as she walked down the aisle to take her vows. After the ceremony, we roamed enjoyed the beauty of Bethesda-By-The-Sea as we took photos both inside and outside around the grounds. Next, we made the very short drive back to The Breakers where we spent some time getting pictures around some of the lovely outside areas. Everything at The Breakers is impeccable Ė the food, the dťcor, the landscaping. Itís impossible to find a bad spot for pictures!

Melissa and Stephenís reception was held in one of The Breakers most beautiful rooms Ė The Circle Room. The shimmering white cake stood front and center as guests entered the ballroom. The Design Studio at The Breakers created the lush floral arrangements that decorated the room and Greg Denardís GDO Soul provided the incomparable entertainment. Kym Bichon and her team at The Breakers executed a flawless wedding as usual.

Chelsea and Jeremyís wedding at The Brazilian Court, Palm Beach

Posted on March 9, 2009

Albert recently had a great a time photographing Chelsea and Jeremyís intimate and elegant wedding at the fabulous Brazilian Court hotel in Palm Beach. The Brazilian Court is the perfect place for a smaller affair, plus it is nestled right in the heart of one of the most prestigious and beautiful places in the world Ė Palm Beach! Chelsea and Jeremy specifically asked Albert to photograph their wedding in a totally photojournalistic style, with nearly all photos in black and white. Albert did this and more to capture the essence of their day as you will see from the photos posted here. Thanks to Chelsea and Jeremy for the opportunity to be part of your wedding day at Brazilian Court!

Meaghan and Vladís Wedding at Turnberry Isle and the Ancient Spanish Monastery

Posted on March 5, 2009

What a wonderful couple! We just love Meaghan and Vlad. Aside from being a tremendous amount of fun to work with on their wedding day, their business is one that many women all over the world would envy. They have a unique website they developed together while in college. It is called www.purseblog.com and itís the go to resource for learning about the latest designs and trends in purses! They have thousands of members and Meaghan has the amazing opportunity to have all of the hottest purses sent to her all the time! She reviews them along with her sister and her new husband Vlad photographs them for the website. So cool. My wife Robin just thinks this is the greatest!

Back to the wedding. Meaghan and Vlad prepared for their big day at the magnificent Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura. I took every opportunity possible to photograph Meaghan and Vlad all around the resort. We had a terrific time and got some amazing pictures as you will see here. Since her flowers hadnít been delivered to the hotel yet, Meaghan, being the resourceful girl she is, substituted a $4,000 Hermes Kelley Longue purse for her bouquet in some of the photos. Not totally inappropriate given her line of work!

Meaghan and Vlad along with the entire wedding party took a Sun Trolley to the Ancient Spanish Monastery

After shooting Meaghan and Vlad and some of the family over at Turnberry Isle, we headed over to the Ancient Spanish Monastery for the wedding. This is a very popular location for South Florida weddings and itís easy to see why. The grounds are gorgeous and the architecture of the building has a very European old world feel. There is a distinct atmosphere at the Ancient Spanish Monastery and it lends itself as a perfect backdrop for an elegant wedding. The team at C.A. Catering provided the delicious food at the event.

Many thanks to Meaghan and Vlad for having me photograph their amazing wedding. I had a blast!
